The rental period normally runs from 3pm Saturday to 10am Saturday; if this is incovenient please contact us to see if an alternative arrangement is possible. In the low/mid season we also offer short breaks for 3 or more nights.The exception is during school holidays. If in doubt, please contact us to check that a short break is available/to confirm the price.

Prices are all-inclusive. There is no charge for heating, electricity, water, dogs, bed linen, towels, bicycles, welcome basket or any other item provided at the cottage. The start time is 3pm on the first day of holiday and end time is 10am on the last day unless by prior agreement.
