To book a holiday at Northumberland Cottage, first check the availability and suitability of the accommodation, make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions, then complete the booking form below. We will e-mail you to confirm the dates and cost of your stay and keep the booking for a further 7 days.

A non-refundable deposit of half the rental amount is required to secure the booking; the balance is due at least 14 days before the start date. If you are booking at short notice (i.e. less than 14 days), the full amount is payable immediately.

On receipt of the booking form we will send you an e-mail via PayPal allowing you to pay online with a credit card. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to send a cheque, please make it payable to Anna Scantlebury and write your name, address, cheque card number and card expiry date on the reverse.

Receipt of payment will be acknowledged by e-mail only. If the full amount is not received in time we cannot guarantee the booking. You are advised to read our cancellation policy and take out appropriate travel insurance.
